Mike Bruggeman is the Founder and President of Titan Group USA; a boutique security advisory firm that provides clients with specialized counsel, expertise, and services utilizing a variety of solutions - all individually targeted to meet our client’s needs. 

Mike is a deputized sheriff of Genesee County and Wayne County in Michigan, and a Police Reservist with the City of Detroit’s Police Department.  He has a master’s degree in Security Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy and a bachelor’s in Management of Human Resources from Spring Arbor University.  He is a Board-Certified Protection Professional of the America Society for Industrial Security.

Mike is a member of the Intelligence Operation Center Advisory Board by appointment of the Governor of Michigan.  In addition, Mike is involved inthe following organizations:

• Chair Member of Southeast Detroit Michigan Information Center Advisory Board, by appointment of Detroit Homeland Security for 2016,
• U.S. Department of Justice – U.S. Attorney Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council,
• Board member of both the Detroit’s Public Safety Foundation and the Detroit Crime Commission

Previously, Mike served as the Chair for the U.S. Homeland Security Department, Critical Manufacturing Sector Coordinating Council and as a board member of Crime Stoppers of Southeast Michigan.
